One day I asked her, do you ever feel disappointment? I mean, your life looks, at least to me on the outside, like it's just one big upward curve... but I'm sure not every day is like that, right? Surely you must have days when when things suck, when you're not succeeding, when the wheels are spinning but you're sliding backwards? Her steely eyes looked into the distance, her face softened, and a little smile appeared.
"Those are the days I live for," she said.
